Our claims procedure is designed to make the process transparent.

Please follow the outlined steps below and email all enquiries to help@wearedg.com:

Our claims procedure

  1. Notify
    Submit your claim to hello@weareprocarrier.com including images and documents within 7 days of delivery date (the sooner the better)
  2. Review
    After reviewing the evidence, you will recieve a claims form or request for further information within 2 days
  3. Return Form
    Return your completed claims form to us within 5 days
  4. Processing
    Assuming all conditions have been met, we can now process your claim and will issue payment
